1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Essenzar Commerce OS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Services

Essenzar provides a multi-tenant SaaS commerce platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform for illegal activities, to distribute malware, spam, or to infringe intellectual property rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essenzar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
